I ordered this ring to surprise my fiancé ahead of our wedding. Keiran was very friendly and helpful, and quickly replied to all my questions about tungsten properties. Most importantly, I was also unsure about the size, as this was meant as a surprise and I did not have any reference ring I could use as template. Of course my first guess was off, but Keiran kindly offered to engrave and ship a new ring - and at no additional cost! Being already engraved, I was also able to keep the first ring (sparing me from shipping back and longer waiting times). The ring and the engraving itself are of very high quality, I love this minimalistic yet very elegant shape. I am beyond satisfied with the ring and the service, and I would definitely buy it again.
